Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us via email above or under our “Contact us”, informing us what the issue is, pictures and your order details.

Once your return has been received and fully inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit be applied to your original method of payment. This should show up on your card statement within 7 days.

Damages and issues

All products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase providing you have your order receipt email and they are still in the same condition. Once received we will endeavor to replace the damaged item like for like. Failing that a full refund will be given. Return postage must be paid for by the customer, including those of where the item is now unwanted, and the initial paid P&P charges will not be refunded.

We cannot accept any returns where the item has been opened in any circumstance. Refunds are more likely to be given for any items returned to us in the same condition you received it - with tags, unused, and (where applicable) sealed securely in the original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

Please ensure that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do our best to inspect our products prior to sending and will always do our best to ensure that we send a quality product only.

Any faults within product including but not limited to misprinted cards, missing cards, stitching etc. are not liable for return to us. This must be sorted directly with the manufacturer, we will however provide all the assistance we can on such a matter.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelation / Amendments Policy

Customers have the right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. If you want to cancel or amend an order before dispatch, that is not a problem, simply let us know and we will be happy to cancel/amend the order. If your items have been dispatched then you may simply return your item in accordance to our Returns Policy. 

If the customer wishes to amend or cancel an order after dispatch the customer will be liable for the costs incurred.
